Nikon D800E

Nikon D800E. A new camera takes a while to get used to, but this one is a joy to use after so much medium format. Of course the quality isn't as good as the Phase One camera/P45 that I'm used to; the files look like typical DSLR files but are much larger, so they'll print big.

    tested the D800E againt the PhaseOne IQ180 and found them to be closer than though at first ...

      Thanks Javier, I enjoyed seeing your test very much. The D800E is indeed a great camera, although lenses are critical - with their 16-35mm the edges are poor. Files still don't have the look and feel of Phase One files though; but pretty close like you say!
