Boat reflections yesterday at Newlyn, Cornwall UK. Beautiful weather. Seagulls resting all over the harbour; they move away as they see me. Wish I could tell them I mean well. A grey-haired couple walk past in an embrace; 'Hello young lovers' I say. 'Thank you' came the reply. There is much to be said for solitude; it really does have its benefits. Not that I wouldn't give anything to have my late wife back.

Yesterday at Cligga Head, near Perranporth, Cornwall UK. Imagine yourself sat here in solitude, off the beaten track. Heather blooming, warm sun slowly sinking, sipping a flask of tea, feeling the peace and joy of the beauty of this place. That was me yesterday at 8pm.
